My name is Frank Mushambaro, and I’m from the Democratic Republic of Congo. I’m blessed to have a wonderful wife and three kids – two girls and one boy. Currently, I’m pursuing a degree in Leadership at The Southern Baptist Theological Seminary in Louisville, Kentucky.
Growing up in a Christian family, with my father and older brother as pastors, instilled in me a strong foundation of faith. They taught me the importance of prayer and obeying God’s word. As I grew older, I felt a calling to promote unity within my community, particularly among churches, due to the divisions and conflicts that often arise.
In 2020, I was inspired to write a movie about the church’s deviation from God’s mission, encouraging leaders to refocus on His purpose. We’ve also produced videos and hosted conferences and meetings with pastors in the USA and Kenya, emphasizing the importance of unity in the church.
Now, I’m eager to expand this vision in my home country, where civil wars and tribal conflicts have devastating consequences. Sadly, many of these tribes claim to be believers, yet violence persists. Through prayer and faith, I believe God will bring an end to these wars.
Global Unity Church Initiative aims to unite all tribes as one body of Christ, bound together by God’s love. To achieve this, we’ll focus on training, conferences, and providing support to foster unity and promote a deeper understanding of God’s mission. I’m committed to developing this vision and working towards a future where believers can stand together in love and harmony.
I have the incredible opportunity to work with two amazing men who currently live in Kenya as refugees. Despite the challenges they face, their talent, passion, and dedication are truly inspiring. They bring so much creativity, resilience, and heart to everything they do. Their story is one of strength and hope, and I feel honored to collaborate with them and support their journey. Working alongside them has shown me that greatness can emerge even in the most difficult circumstances.
